Plajan adalah desa di kecamatan Pakis Aji , Jepara, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Desa Plajan berada disebelah timur ibu kota kabupaten yang merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Pakis Aji dengan jarak tempuh ke ibu Kota Kecamatan kurang lebih 5 KM dan ke Ibu Kota Kabupaten kurang lebih 22 KM dapat ditempuh dengan kendaraan + 30 menit. letak pusat pemerintah desa berada pada 06.58315 LS dan 110.78576 BT (diukur dengan alat JPS pada tanggal 25 Juli 2009).

Desa Plajan berbatasan dengan : sebelah utara desa Kepuk kecamatan Bangsri, sebelah timur Desa Tanjung kecamatan Pakis Aji, sebelah selatan Desa Tanjung kecamata Pakis Aji, sebelah barat desa Guyangan dan desa Lebak kecamatan Pakis Aji. Luas wilayah daratan desa Plajan 1,044,500 Ha dan tidak memiliki wilayah pantai. Luas lahan yang ada terbagi dalam beberapa peruntukkan, seperti fasilitas umum, pemukiman, pertanian, kegiatan ekonomi dan lain- lain
Topografis
Secara topografi, Desa Plajan dapat dibagi dalam dua wilayah, yaitu daratan rendah dan perbukitan. Wilayah terendah RT. 43, RW. II dan daerah tertinggi adalah di wilayah RT. 39, RW. VI yang merupakan perbukitan. Desa Plajan memilki variasi ketinggian antara 300 m sampai dengan 500 m dari permukaan laut. Suhu udara 17-25°C dengan curah hujan berkisar 4-25 mm.

Berdasarkan data Adminitrasi, desa Plajan terdiri dari 3.358 Kepala Keluarga (KK) dengan jumlah penduduk :
¤ Laki-laki : 3.709 jiwa
¤ Perempuan : 3.730 jiwa
¤ Jumlah : 7.439 jiwa

Secara adminitratif Desa Plajan terdiri dari 43 RT dan 7 RW, meliputi 24 dukuh.
